Vendor Information

Vendor tables are 6 feet long and 30" deep and are available at a rate of $20.00 each.

All vendors are required by Kentucky Law to collect and pay 6% sales tax on all sales. If you are already a Kentucky registered reseller, we will need to have your tax ID number on file. If you do not currently have a sales tax ID number a temporary permit can be issued to you at no charge on the day of the show.

With each table purchased you will receive 2 free admissions to the show. Any extra workers must pay admission.

We are pretty open to just about anything you want to sell as long as it is a "collectible" item. This includes but, is not limited to sports cards, non-sports cards, gaming cards, comic books, toys, action figures, coins, stamps, die-cast vehicles, etc etc...

You may set up your table the  the morning of the show from 8am-10am. Show hours are from 10am-4pm and you will be asked not to dismantle your table set up until after the door closes at 4pm.

All tables are required to have some type of table cloth or cover. If you do not have one, we can provide one for you at a cost of $3.00 each for the day.

Your table placement at the show will depend on several factors. Vendors who donate to our door prize drawings or sponsor the show in some way will be given premium placement in the room.

Electric is available at every booth for an additional $5.00 per day.

Please conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times during the show.
